We cross-check every US supplement maker we list against public registries and their own published documents. This page reports what that process finds: how many makers can actually be verified, where claims outrun proof, and what listings still miss. Nothing here is a judgment of any maker. It is a readout of our paper trail.
39% of listings trace to an independent registry entry. The rest rest on maker-hosted documents, maker claims, or checks still in the queue. How the labels work.
Most makers claim GMP. Far fewer appear in a public registry under a confirmable name and address. A claim without a registry entry is not proof of lying — registries are hard to search and names rarely match exactly — but it is exactly the gap buyers should close before signing. That gap is why every profile links its proof.
Unpublished MOQs and city-only addresses are industry-normal, not red flags — but they are why most listings sit at Moderate evidence instead of Strong. Each missing item names its own fix on the profile.
If your listing sits below where your paperwork says it should, send proof links — registry entries, cert PDFs, MOQ ranges, address. Free, human-reviewed, and this page moves when your profile does.
